We are currently working on a number of projects surrounding Climate Action, Community, Energy, Food, Growing and Travel.
We hold various cooking workshops, courses and community meals in our Lang Spoon Community Kitchen, helping people improve their cooking skills, reduce food waste, and eat local, seasonal food. We also run a community training garden at Ravenscraig Walled Garden where we host regular volunteer sessions, training and events.
We lead the Cosy Kingdom partnership providing a home energy advice service across Fife. The partnership helps over 2,000 homes a year keep warm and save money.
Our Lang Toun Cycles community bike shop is located on Kirkcaldy high street. It offers cycle servicing and repairs, sales of refurbished bikes and accessories, a bike library and bike maintenance workshops.
Climate Action Fife, is an innovative Fife-wide project, working with cross-sector partners on different activities to tackle the climate emergency.
We are independent but work closely with Fife Council and Home Energy Scotland, as well as local partners like Love Oor Lang Toun, Fife Communities Climate Action Network and Kirkcaldy Community Gardens & Allotments.
