Alternative Formats
We want our service to be accessible to everyone. Although we are not legally obliged to do this (based on the Equality Act 2010), we will do our best, within available resources, to provide our posters, leaflets, electronic resources or advice materials in an alternative format if requested.
To request any of our materials in an alternative format (e.g. large print, simplified materials, paper copies of electronic resources, materials translated into other languages), please contact us using the form above. Please let us know any particular communication or accessibility needs.
For our Cosy Kingdom home energy advice visits, if English is not your first language, we may be able to provide a Community Language interpreter. If you are deaf, we can provide a BSL interpreter or other communication support through Fife Council’s Deaf Communication Service.
