Admin Assistant (Maternity Cover) – 35 hours per week; Fixed contract to 24th June 2022; salary £19,431 pro rata.
Greener Kirkcaldy is a community-led charity working locally to combat the climate emergency, tackle fuel poverty and food insecurity, and bring people together for a more sustainable Kirkcaldy. Based in the heart of Kirkcaldy – with a community building, bike shop and garden – we carry out activities across Kirkcaldy and work with partners to deliver projects across Fife.
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to welcome people into our town centre community building, being the friendly face that visitors and callers have first contact with. You will also be part of a small team providing admin support to all projects within the organisation. We are looking for an individual with previous experience of working in a front of house environment and of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds. You will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, be a pro-active team member and enjoy multi-tasking.
