Formal Notice – Greener Kirkcaldy Annual Gathering & AGM 2020
Putting our town centre stage: Greener Kirkcaldy Annual Gathering & AGM
Wednesday 28th October, 7pm – 8.45pm
Online (Zoom)
Our 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place alongside our Annual Gathering ‘Putting our town centre stage‘ on Wednesday 28th October, 7pm, on Zoom.
Our Annual Gathering will continue the conversation we started at our Kirkcaldy After Lockdown event in July, focusing on ‘towns’ – why they’re so important, and how we can put our town centre stage. We’ll be joined by key speaker, Phil Prentice, Chief Officer of Scotland’s Town Partnership and special guest, Cara Forrester from Kirkcaldy’s Love Oor Lang Toun group. Our speakers will be followed by a short Q&A and discussion.
We’ll also give an update on Greener Kirkcaldy’s activities and achievements since April 2019 and outline some of our future plans, including those described in our recent Strategic Plan Review. There will also be an election of the Greener Kirkcaldy Management Committee. The agenda and papers for our AGM are below. You can also view hard copies of the papers in our building at 8 East Fergus Place.
The event will take place on Zoom. Attendees will also be able to take part by phoning in.
