Our transport projects aim to inspire and support people to reduce car use for short journeys. We run a range of activities and events to help people increase their skills and confidence to change the way they travel. This includes: cycle training and led rides; bike repairs and maintenance workshops; bike borrowing and sales; Kirkcaldy Cycling Festival; and events encouraging people to fly less.
Our cycling activities are funded by Paths for All’s Smarter Choices, Smarter Places Fund and Fife Council’s Crown Estates fund.
Find out how Media Volunteer Karen got on with a folding e-bike which she borrowed for free from our community bike shop, Lang Toun Cycles.
