We’re planning an exciting programme of cooking workshops this year. Here’s a taste of what we have planned between now and March 2025. The Lang Spoon Community Kitchen
Our Lang Spoon Community Kitchen is a place for people to grow, cook, eat, and learn. It is a warm and welcoming space, where you can create fantastic food, learn lifelong skills, and meet new people. The Lang Spoon Community Kitchen is part of Greener Kirkcaldy’s community building. Our training kitchen has eight workstations and is purpose built to replicate the ease and comfort of cooking at home. We are based in the heart of Kirkcaldy, close to the High Street, and the train and bus station.
All our cooking classes are run by experienced staff and supported by our knowledgeable community food volunteers. At all our workshops you will receive expert tuition to explore, taste and cook, delicious food that is easy to replicate at home using locally sourced ingredients.
We host a wide range of events, courses, and workshops on all aspects of food and drink. Both our Community Training Kitchen and Production Kitchen are available for hire, too.
