Get ready to spice things up!
Mexican cuisine is a bold celebration of flavour, colour, and culture. It’s famous for its vibrant use of corn, beans, and chillies, and is bursting with regional flair and Spanish influences.
In this hands-on, fun-filled workshop, we’ll explore authentic Mexican street food. You’ll learn how to create a mouthwatering spread of dishes that are perfect for sharing – and even better for eating!
Then we’ll sit down together to enjoy our creations, swap tips, and explore the incredible flavours that make Mexican food so unforgettable.
On the menu:
• Quesadillas – golden-fried tortillas stuffed with beans, sweet potato, and cheese
• Nachos – crispy tortilla chips loaded with jalapeños, salsa, sour cream, and cheese
• Tacos – soft corn tortillas filled with spicy chilli and fresh salsa
• Tostadas – crunchy tortillas topped with refried beans and creamy guacamole
• Esquites – sweetcorn ribs with a smoky chipotle kick
