We’re celebrating a win at the Fife Voluntary Action awards last Thursday – the Ravenscraig Community Orchard volunteers won the Volunteer Team awards.

Tree planting in full swing! Thursday 6th December marked one of the most exciting days of the year for Greener Kirkcaldy. After 8 months of preparation at Ravenscraig Walled Garden staff and volunteers planted 50 apple, plum, pear and quince trees to create a brand new community orchard for Kirkcaldy. …

Christmas Cycling Extravaganza on Saturday 8th December, running from 11am-3pm in Templehall Community Centre.

Thursday 6th December, 10am – 4pm, Ravenscraig Walled Garden. The most exciting day of the Orchard project so far – the day the trees arrive and we begin to plant orchard. Don’t miss out being part of history as we plant a brand new orchard for Kirkcaldy!
