Fungi in the Woods Wild Walk (waiting list only)

This Wild Walk is usually one of our most popular – the annual Fungi Foray! We’ll take a wander through Dunnikier Woods discovering the toadstools, mushrooms, bracket fungi and slime-moulds that live there. Discover the important role these organisms play in the ecology of the woods, hear about the folklore surrounding them and, who knows, we might find an edible species or two.

This event is free and open to all ages.

The walk will go over some uneven ground and may be difficult to access in parts. Please contact us for more information.
