7th June, 2022 : 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Book now »
In this class we will cook and eat some of the best seafood that Scotland has to offer. We will prepare and cook fresh mussels— a delicious and sustainable seafood. We’ll also cook a fillet of hake, a tasty but underused fish. As seafood is best enjoyed as soon as its cooked, we will eat in class.
Mussels – Cooking mussels is a skill. We will serve them with a Thai green curry or a classic cream, garlic and parsley sauce.
Hake – Curing before cooking is the secret to a texture achieved by professionals. We’ll show you how before pan frying for the best results and flakiness. As an accompaniment we will make a chorizo and bean casserole.
