Solar Energy for the Home

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in solar panels for their home. It will cover the different types of panel for hot water or electricity, the practicalities, costs and incentives, how systems connect to your existing systems, and how to proceed.

There will be plenty of time for questions, and a chance to hear from local people who have solar panels installed.

The event is at the Greener Kirkcaldy centre and drinks and nibbles will be provided.  There’s no need to book – just come along.

This workshop follows on from the Introduction to Home Renewable Energy talk on Tuesday 24th August, and is a more in-depth look at the area of solar energy. You are welcome to come to both events.
