Peas and Beans Drop-in

Saturday 17th June, 1.30pm – 3.30pm, Ravenscraig Walled Garden

Would you like to be able to grow peas and beans in your garden or allotment? Drop by our training allotment at Ravenscraig Walled Garden and chat to our gardening volunteers about how we’re doing it. We can show you the systems we’re using, and how we grew our peas and beans from seeds. Our volunteers will explain how they built structures for the plants, and how we are protecting them. They’ll also share tips and advice, and we’ll have some pea and bean plants for people to take away (for a small donation).

It’s free to come along, and there’s no need to book – just drop by.
