Sunday Social – Coast and Dysart

A leisurely coastal bike ride including Ravenscraig Park and Dysart.

• Distance – medium
• Hills – relatively flat, with a few short hills
• Surfaces – mainly smooth surfaces, with some slightly rougher paths
• Route – half on quiet roads, half on traffic-free paths

Come along to this leisurely bike ride. Enjoy the lovely scenery along the coast to Dysart, before discovering some quiet routes back to Beveridge Park.

This ride is ideal for people looking to build up their fitness on a slightly longer, slightly hillier route. It will also provide the opportunity to improve your confidence by including some on-road cycling.

Additional Information

Please note that this bike ride is weather-dependent.

Participants should be able to cycle for 1.5 – 2 hrs at a leisurely pace.

Please make sure your bike is roadworthy before coming and wear appropriate clothes for the weather. Remember to also bring your own water and snacks. E-bikes and adapted cycles are welcomed also.
