Social led cycle ride – Three parks (Kirkcaldy Cycling Festival)

Join us for a leisurely bike ride that includes the three main parks in Kirkcaldy, as well as Pannie Den.
- Distance – long
- Hills – hilly. Includes several hills (which you can push your bike up if needed).
- Surfaces – a mixture of smooth, good quality surfaces and compacted earth/blaes.
- Route – mainly on traffic-free paths, with some quiet roads.
This ride is ideal for people looking to build up their fitness, particularly on hills. It will also provide some opportunity to build up your confidence cycling on quiet roads.
Part of the Kirkcaldy Cycling Festival. Attendees at the event will have the opportunity to enter the Kirkcaldy Cycling Festival prize draw.
Participants should be able to cycle for 1.5 – 2hrs at a leisurely pace. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Please make sure your bike is roadworthy before coming and wear appropriate clothes for the weather. We will carry out basic bike checks at the start of the ride.
Remember also to bring your own water and snacks.
The event is free but booking is required.
