Saturday stroll – Middle Den & Dunnikier Park

Walking in a group is a great way to start walking, make new friends and stay motivated.

Join us for a sociable summer stroll. We will head up through Middle Den before exploring the wide-open green spaces of Dunnikier Park. We may do some tree identifying as we go!

The 2.5-mile walk will take around 1.5 hours, and be on fairly flat, paved surfaces with some sections of gravel footpath/mown grass.

Additional Information

Please note that this walk is weather-dependent. In the event of forecast adverse weather, Greener Kirkcaldy staff will decide whether to go ahead with the walk the day before. We will contact attendees via phone and email if the walk cannot go ahead.

Participants should be able to walk 2.5 miles at a leisurely pace. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Please wear appropriate clothes for the weather. Remember to also bring your own water and snacks if you feel you need them.

The route is suitable for pushchairs and can be adapted to be suitable for wheelchairs.
