Community Meals – Sit-In or Takeaway
16th March, 2022 : 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Our weekly Community Meal provides an opportunity for local people to meet each other, share stories, and eat together. Our aim is to turn surplus and unsold food into nutritious meals that anyone in our community can share with dignity and choice.
You can now sit in for your meal! We will continue to offer a community meal on a takeaway basis too, but you will have the option to stay and eat if you prefer.
Everyone is welcome and the meals are run on a pay what you feel basis.
We are following the Scottish Government’s guidelines on COVID-19 (https://www.gov.scot/coronavirus-covid-19/):
- Wear a face covering
- Keep physical distance if possible
- Wash your hands regularly
- Ventilate the room
- Take regular lateral flow tests
- if you are unwell, please let do not attend the community meal.
We may need to limit numbers of people who can sit at each table. Please follow staff guidance. If you are taking away, please bring a bag.

What time? Wednesdays 4.30pm – 6.30pm
Accessibility: Limited disabled parking available only and the building is wheelchair and mobility friendly.
