We have some amazing seafood here in Fife, and Scotland has some of the best in the world. While a lot of it is exported, it could be enjoyed more here in Scotland. Seafood is easy to cook and with some extra skills you’ll have the confidence to include it more in your diet.
Our Community Chef will prepare and cook scallops with smoked apple purée and crispy leeks.
Smoked Haddock Chowder
Prepare and make a Scottish classic with locally smoked fish to take away and enjoy at home.
Herb Crusted Salmon, Colcannon Mash and Lemon Butter Sauce
Learn how to make this show-stopping fish dish to enjoy at the end of the class.
This is a hands-on cooking class. All dishes made can be taken away and enjoyed at home.
This workshop will be led by our Community Chef Iain McLellan, a skilled and talented Head Chef with over 20 years cooking experience. Iain is passionate about world cuisines and sharing his love of flavour combinations.
Some cooking skills are required to enjoy this workshop i.e. basic knife skills. Please bring some containers to take home your food.
