Get ready to stir up some autumn magic!
Join us for a hands-on chutney and ketchup making workshop that celebrates the rich flavours of autumn’s harvest! Whether you’re a total beginner or just curious to try something new, this fun and interactive session will have you chopping, stirring, and tasting your way to delicious homemade preserves.
Discover how to transform seasonal fruit, herbs and veg into delicious preserves that will brighten up your winter meals. You’ll learn two fantastic, flexible recipes:

- Smoky tomato ketchup
We’ll discuss a range of ways you can easily adapt the recipes at home using whatever’s in season. The ingredients we use may vary depending on seasonal availability.
At our outdoor cooking stations, we’ll explore:

There’ll be plenty of time to taste, chat, and share ideas. You’ll leave with jars of your own creations, a head full of inspiration, and the confidence to keep experimenting in your own kitchen.
