Autumn foraging walk
Join us for an afternoon walk, foraging for nature’s bounty in the woods, at this beautiful time of the year. This walk will be led by Tony Wilson, a local naturalist.
The 1-mile (approx) walk will take around 1.5 hours, and be on mainly flat surfaces: pavement and woodland paths. Suitable for all ages (children must be accompanied).

Please note that this walk is weather-dependent. In the event of forecast adverse weather, Greener Kirkcaldy staff will decide whether to go ahead with the walk the day before. We will contact attendees via phone and email if the walk cannot go ahead.
Participants should be able to walk one mile at a leisurely pace. The route is on park/woodland paths. The route is flat. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Please wear appropriate clothes for the weather. Remember to also bring your own water and snacks if you feel you need them.

Accessibility information
Unfortunately, this walk is unsuitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs, as it may be muddy in places. Please let us know of any accessibility requirements when booking.
Toilets are available in Greener Kirkcaldy’s community building at the start (these may not be open at the end of the walk).
