Join us for an afternoon walk, foraging for nature’s bounty in the woods, at this beautiful time of the year. This walk will be led by Tony Wilson, a local naturalist.
The 1-mile (approx) walk will take around 1.5 hours, and be on mainly flat surfaces: pavement and woodland paths. Suitable for all ages (children must be accompanied).
Part of our Bike, Walk, Move programme.
Please note that this walk is weather-dependent. In the event of forecast adverse weather, Greener Kirkcaldy staff will decide whether to go ahead with the walk the day before. We will contact attendees via phone and email if the walk cannot go ahead.
Participants should be able to walk one mile at a leisurely pace. The route is on park/woodland paths. The route is flat. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Please wear appropriate clothes for the weather. Remember to also bring your own water and snacks if you feel you need them.
If you want to know more specific information about the route please contact us. You can call 01592 858458 or email email@example.com
The event is free but booking is required.
