Traditional Greek cooking uses fresh and seasonal ingredients to make delicious, vibrant dishes.
Join us for our taste of Greece workshop where we will make 3 authentic Greek dishes…
Spanakopita – spinach and feta filo pie
Gemista – stuffed tomatoes with roasted potatoes
Tzatziki – creamy yoghurt and cucumber dip
All recipes are suitable for vegetarians.
Our workshops are fun and informal, our tutor will support you to prepare the recipes. We’ll chat about Greek dishes and the tradition of meze, and we’ll taste a classic Greek dessert.
This is a hands-on cooking class. All food made can be taken away and enjoyed at home. Please remember to bring your own containers to take home your creations.
Please wear appropriate clothing for a kitchen environment e.g. closed-toed shoes. Aprons will be provided.

Accessibility
There are accessible parking bays available outside 8 East Fergus Place with a ramp into the building and level access throughout. There is also an accessible toilet. Our kitchen has an adjustable cooking station for those in wheelchairs or who need to sit while cooking.
