We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to our 2025 Annual Gathering and AGM, which takes place at the Adam Smith Theatre on Saturday 8th November.
Bookings for this year’s event close on Monday 20th October.
We will be joined by two fantastic guest speakers: Dr Mike Robinson OBE, Chief Executive, Royal Scottish Geographical Society and Zarina Ahmad, Co-director, Women’s Environmental Network (WEN) & Climate Change Communicator and PhD Researcher at University of Manchester.
We are at the midway point of our 2023-2028 Strategic Plan so there is an opportunity to review what we have achieved and share your ideas of what we should focus on for the next two and a half years.

Information for Ordinary Members
All of our Ordinary Members (who are aged over 16 and live in KY1 or KY2 postcodes) have a vote at the AGM. This year, there are more ways to vote than ever including voting online and appointing a proxy. You can find out more about voting at our 2025 AGM here.
