First Sustainable Food Club Event in the Hub

We’re launching our Sustainable Food Club this month with an event in the High Street Hub on Saturday 13^th June. We’ll have some new, locally-produced jams from Pittormie Fruit Farm in to try and buy, and we’re offering you the opportunity to pre-order fresh, Fife-grown, chemical-free Strawberries and Rhubarb. Place your order with us by Tuesday 9 June to collect on that Saturday, 13 June. Choose from:

• SONATA strawberries, £2.00 per punnet
• ELSANTA strawberries, £2.00 per punnet
• VICTORIA rhubarb, £2.30 per kg

We’ll have more veg seedlings from our very own community garden at Ravenscraig to take away for a donation on the Saturday, and we’ll also be announcing the winner of the Eco Shop survey, so we do hope you can join us.

We’ve started a customer-ordering service, too, so you can now get your Fairtrade and organic sun-dried tomatoes, cereal, seeds and beans, dried fruits, nuts and rice through us, for not much more than wholesale price – come along and chat to us about that on the day, too.
