What to take on a cycle ride

Discussing and understanding what equipment and spares are appropriate and suitable to take when cycling.

The course will enable participants to improve knowledge and understanding of what bicycle equipment and accessories are available and how to use them.

Equipment and products will be available for demonstration along with advice and information.

The course is relevant to all levels of participant and no experience is required.

Delivered by Lang Toun Cycles’ experienced cycle mechanics, anyone can register for this course. No previous experience necessary.

Water, Tea and coffee available

There is disabled parking on the High Street site and the venue is wheelchair accessible.

There is also an accessible toilet on the premises.
