Sunday social led bike ride – Kirkcaldy town loop

Enjoy lovely scenery while you visit Kirkcaldy’s beautiful parks and discover quiet cycle routes linking various parts of the town at this Sunday social led bike ride.

This ride is ideal for people looking to build up their fitness on a slightly longer, hillier route. It will also allow you a chance to improve your confidence through some on-road cycling.

This event is part of our Communities Connected project.

Route Information

Distance – medium

Hills – relatively flat, with a few short hills

Surfaces – mainly smooth surfaces, with some slightly rougher paths

Route – half on quiet roads, half on traffic-free paths

Additional Information

Participants should be able to cycle for 1.5 – 2 hrs at a leisurely pace. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Please make sure your bike is roadworthy before coming and wear appropriate clothes for the weather. We will carry out basic bike checks at the start of the ride.

Remember to also bring your own water and snacks.

The event is free but booking is required. You can choose to purchase a ticket with a donation. Donations help us do more work in our community.
