Further to the Government’s recent update on COVID-19, we have taken the decision to postpone all of our events from now until the end of April. Full refunds will be given.
We are reviewing the situation daily and will give regular updates on future events, including new dates for postponed events.
This workshop will be led by Iain Mclellen, Greener Kirkcaldy’s Community Chef and is part of a new programme to help bring success to your home cooking.
We’ll be learning the basics of Italian cookery with demonstrations and practical exercises working with fresh pasta, making cut and filled pastas and showing the simplicity of cooking with fresh pasta.
We’ll also be cooking risotto and making arancini from risotto, as well as making and cooking fresh gnocchi and showing how to use gnocchi in different ways.
Come along to learn new skills and get an understanding of how basic skills can be used to create many different dishes.
You’ll be making food to take home – please bring containers to take home your food. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you are booking.
There is disabled parking on site and The Lang Spoon Community Kitchen is wheelchair and mobility friendly.
