Allergy Awareness course which is jointly awarded by REHIS and Allergy Action. This 3-hour course is important for food handlers working in hotels, restaurants, cafes, community centres, schools, colleges, nurseries, childcare, and care homes.
The aim of the course is to protect increasing numbers of people with food hypersensitivity, focusing particularly on food allergies, by providing those responsible for their care and their food with information and skills.

Disabled parking available outside 8 East Fergus Place. We have a ramp into the building and level access throughout. There is also a disabled bathroom.
Additional Info
Bring a notepad and pen, glasses if required to see slide presentation and to read handouts. There is a multiple-choice exam at the end.
Teas, coffees, biscuits and fruit are included.
