Queen Margaret Hospital to Townhill Woods

Join us for a sociable autumn stroll. We’ll walk to picturesque Townhill Country Park with its mixed woodland, via pavements, tracks and a peaceful, traffic-free walk/cycle path. We’ll enjoy the autumn tree colours and see what local wildlife we encounter. The walk returns to the hospital but there is no need to return to the start point if you’re on your way home. We can point out bus routes and onward walking routes as we go.
The 2-3 mile walk will take up to 2 hours, and is on fairly flat, paved surfaces with some sections of gravel footpath/woodland track.
Contact us if you need any more information.
Part of our Healthy and Active Ways to Work programme.
