You’ll also be making Potato Gnocchi, Homemade Pesto from seasonal Spring Greens and a Fruit Crumble using creative toppings (and leftovers)!
Workshop 2: Eating locally and seasonally: Thursday 30th March 6pm-8pm. We’ll be talking about the benefits of eating with the seasons and ways to access local ingredients. You’ll make a dish using seasonal vegetables and finish with a rhubarb dessert!
We’ll also be talking about ways we can reduce our meat and dairy consumption, reduce packaging and eat healthily. It’s important to attend both workshops to get the full benefit of the programme.
There will be lots of information to share about the workshop topics to help generate discussion and have fun learning from each other!
Please bring some containers to take home your food. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when you are booking.
