Keep it Clean!

Learn how to keep your bike clean during the winter months.

This will help your bike function better and reduce the need for maintenance. We will look at keeping dirt, mud and salty water out of your bottom bracket, keeping your brakes clean and noise-free and finally your chain. Keeping your derailleurs clean will also keep you peddling.

Delivered by Lang Toun Cycles’ experienced cycle mechanics, anyone can register for this course. No previous experience necessary. You will also get a free bottle of chain oil to take home.

Water, Tea and coffee will be available.

Ideally you should bring along your own bike or, if you like you can use one of our provided bikes. We will provide the required tools, protective equipment and work stands.

There are public parking bays available outside the shop on the High Street with level access into the building and throughout. There is also an accessible toilet.
