Fix a Flat

Learn how to fix a flat tyre on your cycle, so that you can apply this knowledge at home or mid-ride.

Starting from the basics of how to get wheels in and out of your cycle; we will then cover removing and reinstalling tyres and inner-tubes before moving on to repairing an inner-tube, as well as discussing the various puncture repair options as well as what you can do to reduce the chances of a ride-ending puncture in the first place.

Delivered by Lang Toun Cycles’ experienced cycle mechanics, anyone can register for this course. No previous experience necessary.

Water, Tea and coffee available.

There is disabled parking on the High Street site and the venue is wheelchair accessible.

There is also an accessible toilet on the premises.

Bring your own cycle if possible, and wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty.
