Better Living through Pedalling (part of Kirkcaldy Cycling Festival)
Join our online event to hear from well-known figures in cycling about their experiences of how cycling can help the environment and your mental and physical health.
Lilith Cooper, local author of the book ‘Gears for Queers’, will talk about their experience of long distance cycle touring and about how cycling has helped their mental health.
Nat Spring will talk about how cycling helped him gain confidence after an accident and inspired him to setup the 40 Days wellbeing challenge that supports people to form new habits centred around the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’.
