Apple Juicing for Kids (5 – 10yrs)

Let’s explore the orchard hidden within Ravenscraig Walled Garden.

We will look at all the different fruit trees that grow in the orchard and pick some fresh crisp apples to turn into juice.

The children will gather, wash and chop the apples before putting them through the apple press to squeeze out fresh juice. We will then settle down to listen to some magical tales told by a professional storyteller.

And of course we will enjoy our fresh squeezed apple juice along with some apple based snacks.

The clubs are suitable for children aged 5-10. There is disabled parking on site and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
