A woodland wander – Beveridge Park and Raith Estate
Join us for a walk around what was all originally Raith Estate. The walk takes in Beveridge Park, Wizards Walk and Raith Woodland.
The 4-mile walk will take around 2 hours. It is mostly on woodland paths with some tarmac paths. Some of this can be muddy and slippery depending on the weather. There are some inclines on the walk, but the pace of the walk will ensure that all participants will manage these.
You will learn a bit about the history and development of the estate since Raith House was built in the 1690s.
Part of our Bike, Walk, Move programme.
