Techy Tuesday – Fix a Flat

Learn how to fix a flat tyre on your cycle, so that you can apply this knowledge at home or mid-ride. Delivered by Lang Toun Cycles’ experienced cycle mechanics, anyone can register for this course.
No previous experience necessary.
What is covered?
• Taking wheels in and out of your cycle
• removing and reinstalling tyres and inner-tubes
• repairing an inner-tube
• discussion of various puncture repair options
• explore how to reduce the chances of a puncture in the first place.
Ideally you should bring along your own, clean bike if you like, or use one of our provided bikes. We will provide the required tools, protective equipment and work stands.
