Sunday Social – Lang Toun Boot Route
A leisurely bike ride taking in Beveridge Park and the Prom, with a route that forms what looks like the boot shape of Italy!
Key info:
- Distance – medium
- Hills – mainly flat, with two hills.
- Surfaces – mainly surfaced, with a short stretch of compacted earth/blaes.
- Route – half on traffic-free paths, half on quiet roads.
Join us for a leisurely bike ride. This ride will go along the Prom before coming back to Beveridge Park via quiet roads. It will finish with a loop of Beveridge Park.
This ride is ideal for people who are looking to progress from our shorter rides. Whilst this route is relatively flat, the two uphill sections will give you the chance to improve your fitness cycling uphill. It will also provide you with the opportunity to build up your confidence cycling on quiet roads.
