Explore the beauty of our local coastline this winter.
Local expert Tony Wilson is leading this walk where we will explore the woodland of Ravenscraig Park and the coast and harbour around Dysart. On our way, we’ll find out more about the trees, bird life and geology of this area

Please note that this walk is weather-dependent. In the event of forecast adverse weather, Greener Kirkcaldy staff will decide whether to go ahead with the walk the day before. We will contact attendees via phone and email if the walk cannot go ahead.
Participants should be able to walk 1-2 miles at a leisurely pace. The route is mostly flat with some steeper sections/steps, on paths and tracks.
Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs are not permitted at this event.
Please wear appropriate clothes for the weather. Remember to also bring your own water and snacks if you feel you need them.
Public toilets will be available near the start point.
