Around Kirkcaldy Walk: Coast

Come and explore a scenic route along Kirkcaldy’s coast and up to Gallatown.

This walk is being run in partnership with Kirkcaldy Ramblers. It is the first of three walks, which together go all the way around Kirkcaldy. The subsequent walks are being run on 15th and 22nd of March.

This walk is 5 miles long, with a total ascent or 150m (500ft). Paths will be pavements or hardcore with some steps, and the route will include crossing one beach section. Please make sure you wear warm, waterproof clothing to suit weather conditions, and sturdy walking footwear suitable for muddy conditions. Remember to also bring your own water and snacks.

We will be meeting on Kirkcaldy Prom, at the Basin car park (near Morrisons), and finishing on Rosslyn Street, south of Gallatown roundabout. Please note that this walk is one-way, so you will need to make your own way back.
