Kids Summer Cooking Club (9-12 years) – pesto pasta and banana bread

Keen to get your kids cooking? Book them onto our Kids Summer Cooking Clubs in The Lang Spoon Community Kitchen!

There are many benefits of encouraging kids to get into the kitchen – learning useful skills that will stay with them for life, working out measurements and quantities, making healthier choices, learning about using fresh and natural ingredients. We’re offering all of these in a fun and friendly environment!

This week we’ll be making pesto pasta and banana bread. We’ll be cooking everything from scratch using fresh ingredients (some from our garden). Our experienced staff will be on hand to offer support and encouragement throughout.

This workshop is for kids aged 9 – 12, and is suitable for enthusiastic beginners. All of our kids cooking clubs are suitable for vegetarians. Please bring a container to take home their creations.

There is disabled parking on site and The Lang Spoon Community Kitchen is wheelchair and mobility friendly. If your kids have any particular dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking.

Full price: £25
