As we move away from lighter months and eating outdoors, it’s time to think about the warming flavours of the Autumn season. This menu uses seasonal and local produce that make the best of the Harvest.
Eating with the seasons means that the ingredients taste better as they ripe and in their prime. We’ll be making…
Warm Duck Salad with roast shallot and blackberry vinaigrette – using Autumnal spices such as cinnamon and five spice.
Roast Pumpkin, Kale and Blue Cheese Cannelloni – October is perfect for pumpkins and seasonal greens are raring to go!
Pecan, Cranberry and Apple Strudel with Maple cream – a rich and fruity pudding for Autumn.
Recipes can be adapted for Vegetarian and Vegan menus. Please let us know when you are booking.
This is a hands-on cooking class. All food made can be taken away and enjoyed at home.
The workshop will be delivered by Samantha Wells of Random Dining. Sam works with Greener Kirkcaldy, has vast cooking experience, and she is passionate about creating food and sharing her skills.
Some cooking skills are required to enjoy this workshop i.e. basic knife skills. Please bring some containers to take home your food. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when you are booking.

There are accessible parking bays available outside 8 East Fergus Place with a ramp into the building and level access throughout. There is also an accessible toilet. Our kitchen has an adjustable cooking station for those in wheelchairs or who need to sit while cooking.
