Our first themed cooking workshop will be led by Jenny Thomson, a chef with over 30 years’ experience. Jenny has worked at home and abroad, ran her own restaurant and for the past 7 years, has taught the skills and passion she has for healthy home cooking through her own cookery school, Courses For Cooks in Dunfermline.
The Mediterranean includes over a dozen different countries, all with diverse cuisines. In this workshop, Jenny will tutor you through a range of flavours from Morocco, Turkey and Spain, to create tapas style dishes for 2 people that you will be able to make again at home for friends and family.
The workshop is hands-on and will be use seafood, chicken and vegetables. If you have any particular dietary requirements, please let us know at time of booking.
No experience of Mediterranean cuisine is necessary, however, some basic cookery skills are an advantage. Bring some containers to take home your dishes!
There is disabled parking on site and The Lang Spoon Community Kitchen is wheelchair and mobility friendly.
