Easy Summer Party Food

Make your next summer garden party a fun and chilled-out affair with this seasonal party food masterclass. From easy dips to sausage rolls with a twist, we will show how to wow your guests whilst saving time and money.

Chilled Green Garden Soup – a fresh vibrant soup making the best of seasonal produce (with or without prawns).

Sausage Rolls with a Twist – choose from different fillings to create your own signature sausage roll.

Store cupboard dips – Demonstration of how to make tasty dips from items in your store cupboard.

Thai Lettuce Cup – A fresh Thai finger food.

Berries, Berries and more Berries – In Scotland we are spoiled with the variety and quality of soft fruits we grow. Our easy desserts will showcase them at their best.

This is a hands-on cooking class. All dishes made can be taken away and enjoyed at home.

This workshop will be led by Samantha Wells of Random Dining. Sam works part-time at GK, has vast catering experience, and is passionate about creating food.

Some cooking skills are required to enjoy this workshop i.e. basic knife skills. Please bring some containers to take home your food. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when you are booking.

Accessibility

There are accessible parking bays available outside 8 East Fergus Place with a ramp into the building and level access throughout. There is also an accessible toilet. Our kitchen has an adjustable cooking station for those in wheelchairs or who need to sit while cooking.
