Cycle Care – Wear and Tear Checks

Learn how to perform regular safety checks on your cycle as well as monitoring the common wear and tear items to know when to replace them.

You will first be taken through an essential cycle safety check, which will help you to understand all the main component of your cycle as well as knowing that the cycle is safe to use.

We will then move on to checking wear and tear items on your cycle, such as chains, cogs, brake pads, cables, tyres and bearings, and how to identify when they are needing replaced.

Delivered by Lang Toun Cycles’ experienced cycle mechanics, anyone can register for this course. No previous experience necessary.
