Further to the Government’s recent update on COVID-19, we have taken the decision to postpone all of our events from now until the 31st May. Full refunds will be given.
We are reviewing the situation daily and will give regular updates on future events, including new dates for postponed events.
This workshop will explore the fresh flavours of Thai cooking and how they differ from dish to dish. You’ll be introduced to typical Thai ingredients which might not be familiar, and learn how to make authentic pastes which are an important part of this cuisine. You’ll be making:
- Satay sauce with Chicken or Roasted Cauliflower Skewers
- Thai Green Curry (Chicken, Prawn or Veg)
- A crunchy Thai salad with sesame and ginger dressing
Some skills required – basic knife skills. All ingredients, equipment and recipes cards are supplied. There will be time to taste and eat together, Please bring some containers to take home your food. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when you are booking.
There is disabled parking on site and The Lang Spoon Community Kitchen is wheelchair and mobility friendly.
