Basic Sewing Skills – Pyjama Making Workshop
Local textile designer Clarabella Christie will take us through this basic garment making workshop. Run over two weeks, you will learn pattern cutting, and hand and machine sewing skills to make pyjama trousers from upcycled bedding.
You will get to go home with some awesome upcycled pyjama trousers – chillin’ out has never been so stylish!
Suitable for beginners and advanced stitchers. All welcome.
We’ll provide sewing machines, equipment, tools and materials. However, if you have a duvet cover you would like to use, or a sewing machine you would like to work on, feel free to bring them along.
Clarabella Christie is an experienced textile designer who runs courses and workshops in Dunfermline. See more on her website.
There is disabled parking on site and the venue is wheelchair accessible. Classes are small to ensure you get the personal tuition you need. PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum number of participants required for this workshop to go ahead.
