Around Kirkcaldy Walk: Seafield (Postponed)
Further to the Government’s recent update on COVID-19, we have taken the decision to postpone all of our events from now until 3rd April. Full refunds will be given.
We are reviewing the situation daily and will give regular updates on future events, including new dates for postponed events.
Come and explore a scenic route through some of the town’s woodlands and back into town along the coast. This sociable walk will help you to discover new parts of the town.
This walk is being run in partnership with Kirkcaldy Ramblers. It is the last of three walks, which together go all the way around Kirkcaldy. The earlier walks are being run on 8th and 15th of March.
This walk is 4 miles long, with a total ascent or 16m (200ft). Paths will be pavements or hardcore, with some uneven paths through woods. Please make sure you wear warm, waterproof clothing to suit the weather conditions, and sturdy walking footwear suitable for muddy conditions. Remember to also bring your own water and snacks.
We will be meeting near the bottom of Oriel Road, and finishing at the Basin car park on the Prom(near Morrisons). Please note that this walk is one-way, so you will need to make your own way back.
