Would you like to cycle more, but lack confidence? Join our free programme of adult cycle training with local cycling guru, Jim.
We’ll be meeting weekly on a Saturday, 10.30pm – 12pm, at Dunnikier Primary School, practising our skills off-road in the playground, before moving on to road cycling and simple led rides around Kirkcaldy. You’ll also learn basic bike care, maintenance and roadside repairs. The pace and route will be set by the participants and tailored to the group.
Get some exercise, increase your skills, gain confidence, learn new routes, meet other cyclists, and get out on your bike more!
Please ensure your bike is roadworthy before coming on the course.
