- Tom Yum- A traditional Thai soup that is hot and sour made with king prawns or shitake mushrooms and Thai vegetables (vegan option)
- Satay- Marinated chicken or cauliflower(vegan) roasted and with a satay peanut sauce served with Thai salad
- Thai Green Curry- A vibrant curry packed with flavour and made with chicken or Thai vegetables
This workshop will be led by our Community Chef Iain Mclellan, a skilled and talented Head Chef with over 20 years cooking experience. Iain is passionate about world cuisines and sharing his love of flavour combinations.
Some cooking skills are required in this workshop i.e. basic knife skills. Please bring some containers to take home your food. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when you are booking.
There is disabled parking on site and The Lang Spoon Community Kitchen is wheelchair and mobility friendly.
