In this evening cooking class we will discover the flavours of Korea.
To begin we will prepare one of Koreas favourites, ramen. This exciting dish of punchy broth is served with noodles, a selection of vegetables and meat. We will then explore the flavours and versatility of Kimchi by adding it to a fried rice dish. Kimchi, one of Korea’s best known side dishes, is made from salted and fermented vegetables and fragrant, spicy flavourings.
Ramen– Learn how to make an intense broth with complex flavours while discovering new ingredients and flavours. Choose from a meat or vegetable version
Kimchi Fried Rice– Making fried rice is a skill that opens up lots of different options for you to make at home, adding kimchi adds something special to a fried rice dish along with all the other Korean flavours.
