CycleStart rides and free adult cycle training

Our friends at Make your move Kirkcaldy have a programme of CycleStart rides coming up and an offer of free adult cycle training.
Cycle Training for Adults
Make your move Kirkcaldy is offering a FREE one-to-one session with a qualified cycle trainer for anyone over 16 living, working or studying in Kirkcaldy. This is a limited offer which will run until June, so please get in touch if you’re interested (firstname.lastname@example.org or 07824 628491). The training is aimed at people who would like to start cycling or cycle more often but need some extra confidence or training to get going.
CycleStart is a programme of volunteer led cycle rides for people new to cycling or getting back into cycling after a break. The rides will be a relatively short distance and at a leisurely pace. CycleStart kicks off in Kirkcaldy on Saturday March 17th, all dates below. CycleStart rides are also ongoing in Dunfermline and planned in other Fife towns – see www.fifedirect.org.uk/cyclestart for more details. Kirkcaldy dates are:
