Please note that unfortunately we have had to postpone this event – keep an eye out for something in the new year.

After the success of our ‘Cooking with Summer Veg’ workshop in July, we’ve invited Louis Oliver back to show us how to make use of the wonderful winter veg that’ll be appearing in the veg aisle and in veg boxes over the coming months.  Cauliflower, turnips, kale, carrots and cabbage all feature this time of year, and this 3 hour practical workshop will look at various ways to use them.  We’ll cook a delicious lunch together and eat it too!  Eating seasonally and locally is a great way to do your bit to tackle climate change everyday.
